  1. Metropolis gate. Because it occurred entirely within high-sec, in a dead-end pocket. Looking at some of the others, it required activity outside of high-sec. From the prospective of mining and safety – this was one of the strongest options.

Solitude has main body of linked high-sec and smaller 3 system of HS. Needing to be crossed through half a dozen low-sec systems. The gate and the mining content was on the 3 system “isle” of Solitude.

  2. I personally think having more connections to remote Regions of New Eden is good for player movement and hunters that prey on them.
That the stain gate is the one with the least support does not suprise me due to the bad access it had beforehand. But maybe also the Stain residents had something against it.

The BO changes with the Conduit Jump are crazy. I have made myself a Fuel Calculator where i can see how many Fuel i will need before i drop on something.
In comparison to the classic bridge the new Conduit Jump uses 1/3 or even 1/4 of the jump fuel. (depends on fleet comp., Mass, etc)

Also super kindly thx for the shoutout Alek.
Its cool to be in Noir and coming from a NullBloc the move made me nervous as hell.
But people were super welcoming and helpful with everything <3
